POWER LOADING: OPTIONAL: NATIONAL CLASS ATHLETES WHO WANT TO MAXIMIZE
THE EFFECTS WILL WANT TO POWER LOAD THE FIRST 7 DAYS. POWER LOADING IS 9-12
TABLETS A DAY(3-4 MORNING,3- 4 AFTERNOON,3- 4 NIGHT) FOR 7 DAYS AND THEN
YOU CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THE C10 AT 3-5 PER DAY. POWER LOADING CAN BE DONE
